Michelle Urlacher is a 21st century mother and wife. Michelle maintans a career as a Compliance Manager in a demanding industry all while being the mother to two beautiful children, Brayden and Taylor, and she is married to a career minded partner, Mike.
Over the past few years life has been busy and usually the last consideration in mind is the source and purpose of the consumed food by Michelle’s household. Michelle spent many years as health conscious and vegetarian minded individual, but the everyday life had caught up to her. She needed and wanted to make the leap of faith, not only for her, but for her family. Now, Michelle is a mid-thirties mom and wife whom exhumes a passion for feeding herself and family with healthy and humane choice foods and is promoting a new lifestyle. She realized that we all need to force ourselves to create the time for proper choices and promote proper choices for our youth.
Michelle is a great example of someone creating time out of nothing for a healthy and humane lifestyle. As her son Brayden now says “I don’t want anything unhealthy for me”.

Isabel is a committed VEGAN, practicing now for more than 3 years. She started down her veganism journey when she developed a fondness for animals and started to educate herself with animal cruelty and animal agriculture documentaries and books, while obtaining health benefits directly from her cruelty free plant based diet. This put Isabel on the path of self-awareness to always be conscious of not only the fragility of all living creatures in this beautiful world, but more importantly the equal rights that all animals deserve to live free from pain, suffering, and exploitation. Isabel believes that a vegan world will be a better world, where people live healthier lives in harmony with the planet and where animals thrive for many generations to come.
Hi, I am Vonita aka PaleoVo. I am here because I have had a lifetime passion of exercising and eating healthy. I started going to the gym when I was 15 as a way to deal with stress…and I never stopped. In my 25 years of exploring “health” I have tried everything from being a vegetarian high-schooler, to a competitive bodybuilder, to a new mother of a very sick baby and finally, a woman who loves the gym and exploring all there is to learn about nutrition.
I love the Primal/Paleo lifestyle as it keeps me lean and energized; and I love the gym, as it is a place to push myself, find my limits, and shed the anxiety of the day. With all this experience, I am looking to the future to learn, how I can train my body for functional fitness, eat for health and energy, and teach my child and those around me, how fun and delicious it all can be.
Please join me on my blog, while I share my years of farming experience, my exploration of new training techniques, and the ins and outs of living a healthy life with all the challenges that being a human brings.
Jaimela Dulaney is a Plant-Based cardiologist and an endurance athlete.
Dr. Dulaney is a West Virginia girl and whose grandfather taught her to shoot guns and squirrel hunt at an early age. Before she came of age to carry her 20 guage in the woods, she was tasked with wearing the shell vest with the game bag and walking behind grandfather. One day one of the several squirrels on her back miraculously came back to life. You have to experience this to appreciate it.
Thus Dr. Dulaney has not always been a vegan. She began her conversion after discovering the facts about those Houses of Horrors, animal torture chambers in every sense, that are euphemistically called Confined Animal Feeding Operations.
She went on to discover both the preventative and healing powers of her new Whole Food/Plant Based diet. She is a perfect example of health and vitality. She sets Ironman records. Her passion to heal others sets her apart and above.
